Alert! Call your Louisville Area State Representatives and ask them to support the Public Decency Act!

The Kentucky House is again considering HB 413 - The Public Decency Act. This act would ban total nudity at strip clubs and require a 6-foot distance between dancers and customers. ROCK supports this proposed legislation as a good start toward public decency as well as providing more safety and protection for women.

HB 413 is currently before the House Licensing & Occupations Committee. 11 of the 19 committee members are from the Louisville Area. Those members are Rep. Reginald Meeks (Vice-Chair); Rep. Charles Miller (Vice-Chair); Rep. David Osbourne (Vice-Chair); Rep. Tom Burch; Rep. Larry Clark; Rep. Ron Crimm; Rep. Tim Firkins; Rep. Dennis Horlander; Rep. Joni L. Jenkins; Rep. Darryl T. Owens; and Rep. Ron Weston.

If you live in the Louisville Area, please take a few minutes today to call 1-800-372-7181 or click here to email your legislator.
